Love’s Labour’s Lost: Game On!
Full Impact Theater (FIT) is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Shakespeare in the Park. Come join Team FIT, coached by Rochester’s own Mary Bogrette, as mischief and mayhem ensue in live performances of William Shakespeare’s comedy Love’s Labour’s Lost. Come root for your favorite side: country vs country, school vs school, boys vs girls, as the players maneuver to fake out their teammates to win their own game.
Come watch the games at Rochester Municipal Park’s new Bebout bandshell, 608 Seventh St, Rochester, Michigan 48307. Show dates and times: Friday, August 1, 7:00 pm, Saturday, August 2, 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 2, 7:00 pm, Sunday, August 3, 2:00 pm. Halloween Wildlife: Truth vs. Fiction – Environmental Education

Bats, wolves, and crows are just some of the wildlife we associate with Halloween. Come to the Rochester Hills Museum to discover the truth and common myths about these wild animals. The program will include a story, craft, and some fun outdoor activities.

Oakland County Fair Discovery Days
4-H Discovery Day is Saturday May 5, 2012 (usually from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm) at the Oakland County Fair Grounds. Come and see many of the 4-H clubs available in our area. 4-H Discovery Day is an opportunity to discover education through hands on learning activities.
Some activities may require a small fee to cover the cost of supplies.

Come join in for a fun filled evening with all you can eat taco’s, nacho’s and ice cream bar! Dinner served 5:30-7:00 pm. Silent auction, 50/50 raffles, games, live animals & more! Silent auction bidding closes between 7:15-8:45 pm. Don’t miss out on this fabulous evening! All proceeds raised will go to their premium account to help replace premium money lost to their exhibitors by state budget cuts. Admission/Dinner is $8.00 per person, children under 5 are free.
