REACH Drama presents “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” The kids have rehearsed for months and are excited to perform! We have over 30 homeschool kids from ages 4-18 in the production involved in all aspects of this production. There will be a short intermission with concessions available. Friday, May 13 at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14 at 2:00 p.m. Bethany Baptist Church, 1375 Hiller Rd, Waterford Tickets can be purchased at the door $4 per person with a cap of $16 per immediate family.

Alice in Wonderland Production June 4 & 5
REACH 4H is proud to present our production of Alice in Wonderland Friday June 4, 2010 7:00pm and Saturday June 5, 2010 1:00 pm. Play is approximately 1 1/2 hours. Location: Bethany Church, 1375 Hiller Rd, Waterford, MI 48327 Come watch their performance. The play encompasses kids of all ages. The kids (and parents) have worked very hard and I am proud of their efforts. Tickets are $4/person with a family max of $16 for immediate family. REACH Play Robin Hood
We will begin rehearsals for our Spring play in January. We will be doing Robin Hood! We have chosen a script that is designed for a school play so that we can accommodate as many kids as possible. ALL AGES AND ABILITIES ARE WELCOME!!! We will have something for everyone! acting, sets, costumes, music, lights, sound……our goal will be to see that every child who wants to participate will have a way to do so. Geography Class & Geography Fair
Holiday Traditions Around the World! When: Thursdays in November: November 6, 13, 20 from 12 to 1:15, with the Geography Fair Festival being held on Saturday, November 22 (time TBA). Where: Grace Hills Church, Rochester Hills Who: Presented by REACH homeschool group (a diverse, all-inclusive group). ALL ARE WELCOME! Fall Planning Meeting
Fall Planning Meeting is August 7, 2008, 12:00pm, at Grace Hills Church. Let April know if you can make it. There is lots of room for involvement. We have more planning and details to include and anyone interested in planning and helping is more than welcome! Planning for Fall
In addition to our monthly 4-H meetings, there has been interest in having classes this fall. We will have a couple of meetings over the next couple of months to do some planning. April had heard from a few of you, but wanted to open this to anyone interested in planning. We have the use of Grace Hills for any classes we would like to have. Her preference is to have them on Thursdays as that is her day off, but we can work something out for other days if the interest and need is there. We are meeting on Thursday, May 29 at 2:00pm. Park Day Wednesday, May 14, 2008, 11:00am – 2:30pm Civic Center Park 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, MI 48360 Located off Josyln across from Canterbury Village 248-391-0304 If it isn’t pouring rain, meet at the Civic Center Park. Meet at the park bench nearest the large play structure. Dory will bring a sign to hang on the table or area chosen. Park Amenities: Picnic tables, a sheltered area and park benches near the play structure. Seven soccer fields, four baseball/softball fields, sand volleyball court, two basketball courts, walking path and nature trail.

Announcing The 12th Great Clothes Cycle coming Thursday, May 1, 2008, from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm in Holly. Sort through your closets and dressers and wash those outgrown clothes. Bring all your outgrown children’s, women’s and maternity clothes (children’s books will be also accepted) to First Baptist Church of Holly and pickup some clothes (and books) for your kids and yourself. Clothes need be in usable condition and washed. Please no inappropriate sayings or pictures. Please have them sorted by size ahead of time.
