Harriet Tubman Heritage Park Midland February 18 2016 – Presented by storyteller-historian-actress extraordinaire Rosie Chapman, the life of Harriet Tubman will come alive, as she is portrayed by Ms. Chapman. Tubman’s life work and accomplishments helped end slavery, and she fought to bring equality to a nation still reeling from the horrors of the Civil War. Chapman’s presentations are heartfelt, audience participatory, and filled with lesson essential to a fair society—and offered from the very words and actions of Harriet Tubman.
